We have table and chair set up for 100 guests and a 20 x 20 foot tent is available, if requested - or you may wish to upgrade to as many tables and chairs as needed and a 40 x 40 foot tent. And of course, it goes without saying, the bridal party will have use of a portion of the Richter House to prepare and dress before the wedding ceremony.
There are two paving stone decks, the actual ceremony site is approximately 20 x 20 feet and is situated over a bridge, on a peninsula, overlooking the pond and park. The other deck being 40 x 50 feet, is just perfect for seating, dining and of course, as the event progresses ... dancing!
Speaking of dancing, there's great outdoor lighting and there are 4 individual circuits for sound systems, enough to please any musician.
The parking area accommodates over 150 cars and 5-7 self contained RVs, and a staff of 2-3 will park cars and assist guests until 6 pm. Your hosts Steve and Judy Richter will also be available.
